Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags attached, before placing them in the original shipping box.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
